- All orders received by 1 pm AEST Time will be shipped same day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Completion Email with your tracking details. If you have not received your Order Completion Email within 48 hours. Please contact our Customer Service Team via 0456 241 767 or via the Online Chat function on our website.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post and subject to Australia Post’s Terms and Conditions. Express Shipping – Generally 1-3 Business Days. Regular Shipping – Generally 3-5 Business Days.
- Generally Express Shipping is guaranteed next day delivery to major metropolitan areas. Rural areas will be longer.
- Once your order has left the warehouse, please check your order status via Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
- If your order is late, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78. If you do not have success, feel free to contact us and we will try to assist where possible.
- By Accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree not to enter into a dispute with Paypal without notifying us in writing first. We will try to resolve any issues within 3 business days of being contacted.
