Once an Order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes to orders or cancel orders so please make sure that:
What you have ordered is correct
Shipping Address is correct
Contact Information is correct
We will only contact you if absolutely necessary. Times that we will contact you are:
- Email through updates ie. tracking numbers, payments, abandoned carts, or your shipping details are incorrect.
- We will only call you if we cant get in touch via email
Note: If you have not received tracking numbers or confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure that you add [email protected] to you contacts. If you still haven’t received anything please contact us ASAP to find out why.
Refunds & Returns
We will only issue a refund for Faulty Items that are discontinued or if we are unable to fulfill your order.
We do not offer refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.
Once an order is proceesing in our system we cannot cancel it. A Restocking fee of up 30% may apply.
Special orders cannot be cancelled.
